Pasture-raised, unsmoked streaky rashers made from our outdoor-reared and organically-fed pigs. We traditionally dry cure the belly using nothing other than sea salt and time. Free from preservatives, artificial colours and flavour enhancers. Sold frozen unless otherwise stated. Approximately 6-8 rashers per pack. €32/kg.

We ship nationwide around Ireland.
Orders are dispatched every Thursday evening for Friday delivery with DPD.
We primarily ship products frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer, but where stock is available, we’ll prioritise sending it fresh.
All orders are carefully shipped with thermal packaging to keep things at the right temperature.
Collection
You can choose to collect your order from our Butchery in person to avoid paying delivery charges.
When placing your order online, select 'Pick-up' as your preferred shipping method.
