Collection: Fermented Vegetables
All of Bia Cultures products are wild fermented and not inoculated with any added cultures.
Made using only Irish vegetables from small scale farmers.
Unpasteurised, raw and alive. Being a live product is wonderful on so many levels but can occasionally lead to leaking especially if exposed to heat, direct sunlight or shaken.
We advise customers to initially open on a plate or over the sink to avoid any dripping on materials. It can be kept outside the fridge unopened, however once opened keep it refrigerated. Keeps for at least one month opened, can last much longer depending on care for example using a clean fork in the jar, closing lid immediately after use and storing directly back in fridge.
