This premium quality back bacon joint comes from our pastured pigs. Unsmoked and nitrate-free, it's perfect for a traditional Irish bacon and cabbage dinner. Traditionally dry-cured using nothing but sea salt. Sold frozen. €26/kg.

Orders are dispatched every Thursday evening for Friday delivery with DPD.
We primarily ship products frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer, but where stock is available, we’ll prioritise sending it fresh.
All orders are carefully shipped with thermal packaging to keep things at the right temperature.
Collection
You can choose to collect your order from our Butchery in person to avoid paying delivery charges.
