Grass-fed and finished silverside roast. €24/kg
The best way to prepare silverside beef is to slow roast it in the oven until well done, but don't think well-done means tough and dry! Use olive oil to sear the beef joint until golden brown all over before slow roasting on a bed of onion, garlic cloves, carrot and fresh thyme. Add a large glass of red wine and 500ml beef stock to the pan, cover with foil or a tight fitting lid and roast for 2.5-3 hours at 150°C (fan forced) or 170°C. Use the pan juices and dripping to make gravy and serve with all the trimmings!

All orders are carefully shipped with thermal packaging to keep things at the right temperature.

You can choose to collect your order from our Butchery in person to avoid paying delivery charges.
