Grass-fed and finished beef brisket from certified organic cattle. Brisket runs from the bottom of the neck down under the ribs. This cut requires low and slow cooking. It's great for pulled beef tacos or burritos, casseroles and stews, pot roasts, barbequing and smoking. We roll and tie the brisket which means you can cook it whole or cut into your preferred size. Sold frozen. €21/kg

We ship nationwide around Ireland.
Orders are dispatched every Thursday evening for Friday delivery with DPD.
We primarily ship products frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer, but where stock is available, we’ll prioritise sending it fresh.
All orders are carefully shipped with thermal packaging to keep things at the right temperature.
Collection
You can choose to collect your order from our Butchery in person to avoid paying delivery charges.
When placing your order online, select 'Pick-up' as your preferred shipping method.
