Boned, rolled and unsmoked leg hams from our pasture-raised pigs. Ready to be simmered, glazed and baked at home. Made with nothing but sea salt, sugar and real herbs and spices. Our hams contains zero nitrates/nitrites, artificial colours or flavours. We recommend allocating 300g per person - more if you wish to enjoy leftovers. Sold frozen. €28/kg
Ingredients: Pasture-raised and organically-fed pork, brine (sea salt, demerara sugar, peppercorns, juniper berries, bay leaf and clove).

We ship nationwide around Ireland.
Orders are dispatched every Thursday evening for Friday delivery with DPD.
We primarily ship products frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer, but where stock is available, we’ll prioritise sending it fresh.
All orders are carefully shipped with thermal packaging to keep things at the right temperature.
Collection
You can choose to collect your order from our Butchery in person to avoid paying delivery charges.
When placing your order online, select 'Pick-up' as your preferred shipping method.
