Perfect for stir-fries, fajitas, rice bowls, or noodle dishes, these versatile strips cook up in minutes—making them a go-to for busy weeknights. Whether you’re searing them in a wok with fresh vegetables or marinating them for extra depth of flavour, they bring farm-fresh quality straight to your kitchen. Sold frozen in 500g packs. €22/kg.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Marinate or Season – Toss with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, or your favourite seasoning blend.
2. High Heat, Quick Cook – Heat a wok or skillet with oil over medium-high heat.
3. Sear & Stir – Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Pair & Serve – Enjoy over rice, noodles, or in lettuce wraps for a fresh, wholesome meal.

Orders are dispatched every Thursday evening for Friday delivery with DPD.
We primarily ship products frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer, but where stock is available, we’ll prioritise sending it fresh.
All orders are carefully shipped with thermal packaging to keep things at the right temperature.
Collection
You can choose to collect your order from our Butchery in person to avoid paying delivery charges.
