Pork sirloin steaks are cut from the sirloin, or hip, end of the pig. The meat is lean and should be cooked in roughly the same way as the tenderloin/fillet of pork. Avoid overcooking these steaks to prevent them from drying out. These steaks can also be sliced and cooked in a stir-fry. Sold frozen in packs of 1-2 depending on the size. €23/kg
Season with good quality sea salt. Panfry on high heat for 2-3 minutes on either side, until golden brown and crisp all over. Allow the steaks to rest for 5 minutes before eating.

Orders are dispatched every Thursday evening for Friday delivery with DPD.
We primarily ship products frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer, but where stock is available, we’ll prioritise sending it fresh.
All orders are carefully shipped with thermal packaging to keep things at the right temperature.

You can choose to collect your order from our Butchery in person to avoid paying delivery charges.
