We hand cut lardons from out traditional dry-cured rashers after we have sliced them. It's a wonderful zero waste product as it utilises the ends of the salted bellies and loins. Add them to a dry pan and let them cook in their own fat as it renders. They're crispy, a little salty and a great topping for soup! Sold frozen in 250g packs. €28/kg

Orders are dispatched every Thursday evening for Friday delivery with DPD.
We primarily ship products frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer, but where stock is available, we’ll prioritise sending it fresh.
All orders are carefully shipped with thermal packaging to keep things at the right temperature.
Collection
You can choose to collect your order from our Butchery in person to avoid paying delivery charges.
