Our 'nduja is made from our pasture-raised pork and follows a traditional Calabrian recipe. An Irish artisan made 'Nduja without any additives or artificial ingredients. A deliciously spicy addition to pizza, pasta, toasties, shellfish and charcuterie boards. €85/kg

We ship nationwide around Ireland.
Orders are dispatched every Thursday evening for Friday delivery with DPD.
We primarily ship products frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer, but where stock is available, we’ll prioritise sending it fresh.
All orders are carefully shipped with thermal packaging to keep things at the right temperature.
Collection
You can choose to collect your order from our Butchery in person to avoid paying delivery charges.
When placing your order online, select 'Pick-up' as your preferred shipping method.
