Our original farmhouse pork sausage. Made by hand using nothing but real ingredients. Free from gluten, preservatives, and artificial colours or flavours. We also make a "plain" pork sausage that are FODMAP friendly and contain less herbs and spices.
Available as a small breakfast sausage (6 per pack) or a thick dinner style sausage (4 per pack). Panfry on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes (thin) or 10 minutes (thick), or until golden and cooked through. Our 500g packs of the sausage mince is perfect for sausage rolls, stuffing or added to any mince-based dishes. Our sausages must be cooking within 2 days of defrosting as they contain no preservatives. Sold frozen. €26/kg
Ingredients: pasture-raised pork (77%), filtered water, pea flour, sea salt, white pepper, nutmeg, mace, onion, garlic, rosemary, sage, thyme and fennel. Allergens: none.

We ship nationwide around Ireland.
Orders are dispatched frozen every Thursday evening for Friday delivery with DPD.
Your orders are packed in thermal packaging made from WoolCool insulated boxes that are specifically designed to keep chilled produce below 5°C for at least 24 hours.
Collection
You can choose to collect your order from us in person to avoid paying delivery charges. We are located in Clarecastle, Co. Clare.
How does it work?
1. Order online and choose 'Pick-up' from the drop down menu when selecting your preferred delivery method.
2. You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS notifying you when your order is ready to be collected.
3. Bring a cooler box and a couple of ice bricks with you to pack your order into.
