100% grass-fed and finished organic beef tallow sold in 250g glass jars or 1kg plastic tubs. We render the fat from certified organic, pasture-fed cattle. Keep refrigerated. Use a clean, dry spoon each time otherwise surface mould may form. Stores well frozen for up to 12 months. Use for cooking like you would butter or cooking oil, or to use as an ingredient in homemade tallow skincare.

We ship nationwide around Ireland.
Orders are dispatched every Thursday evening for Friday delivery with DPD.
We primarily ship products frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer, but where stock is available, we’ll prioritise sending it fresh.
All orders are carefully shipped with thermal packaging to keep things at the right temperature.
Collection
You can choose to collect your order from our Butchery in person to avoid paying delivery charges.
When placing your order online, select 'Pick-up' as your preferred shipping method.
