Gourmet handmade Italian pork sausages made from our pasture-raised pork. We freshly grind the fennel seeds and add the perfect amount of garlic and chilli. They’re big and juicy and come in packs of 4. Pan fry until golden and cooked through, or remove from their casings and use the mince to flavour pasta dishes or add as a pizza topping. These sausages are free from gluten, contain zero additives/preservatives and are sold frozen in packs of 4. €26/kg

We ship nationwide around Ireland.
Orders are dispatched every Thursday evening for Friday delivery with DPD.
We primarily ship products frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer, but where stock is available, we’ll prioritise sending it fresh.
All orders are carefully shipped with thermal packaging to keep things at the right temperature.
Collection
You can choose to collect your order from our Butchery in person to avoid paying delivery charges.
When placing your order online, select 'Pick-up' as your preferred shipping method.
