Our farmhouse pork sausage patties are delicious for breakfast, lunch or dinner! We enjoy these as breakfast McMuffins with egg, cheese and relish. Free from gluten. Sold frozen in 2 or 4 packs.
Ingredients: Pasture-raised pork (77%), filtered water, pea flour, sea salt, pepper, nutmeg, mace, onion, garlic, rosemary, sage, thyme, fennel. Allergens: none

We ship nationwide around Ireland.
Orders are dispatched frozen every Thursday evening for Friday delivery with DPD.
Your orders are packed in thermal packaging made from WoolCool insulated boxes that are specifically designed to keep chilled produce below 5°C for at least 24 hours.
Collection
You can choose to collect your order from us in person to avoid paying delivery charges. We are located in Clarecastle, Co. Clare.
How does it work?
1. Order online and choose 'Pick-up' from the drop down menu when selecting your preferred delivery method.
2. You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS notifying you when your order is ready to be collected.
3. Bring a cooler box and a couple of ice bricks with you to pack your order into.
