Cooking Tips

Roasting: Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Season the roast with herbs, garlic, and olive oil, then roast for approximately 20 minutes per pound until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Slow-Cooking: Sear the roast on all sides, then transfer to a slow cooker with your choice of broth, vegetables, and seasonings. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.

Braising: Brown the roast in a heavy pot, add aromatic vegetables and stock, then cover and cook in a 300°F (150°C) oven for 2-3 hours until the meat is fork-tender.
