Bia Cultures lacto-fermented Irish cabbage with jalapeno and oregano, their take on the traditional Salvadoran staple. All of their products are alive, raw and unpasteurised, and have been handmade in small batches. All of their vegetables are locally sourced and organic when possible. Sold in 200g glass jars.
Ingredients: Cabbage (60%), onion, carrot, jalenpeno, apple, salt, garlic, oregano. Allergens: none.

We ship nationwide around Ireland.
Orders are dispatched every Thursday evening for Friday delivery with DPD.
We primarily ship products frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer, but where stock is available, we’ll prioritise sending it fresh.
All orders are carefully shipped with thermal packaging to keep things at the right temperature.
Collection
You can choose to collect your order from our Butchery in person to avoid paying delivery charges.
When placing your order online, select 'Pick-up' as your preferred shipping method.
