Coppa, also known as capicola or capocollo, is a type of Italian cured meat that comes from the muscle running from the neck to the fourth or fifth rib of the pork shoulder. It is typically dry-cured for several weeks or months, and seasoned with various spices, including black pepper, garlic, and sometimes fennel seed.

Cured pork coppa has a distinct flavour and texture that can range from slightly sweet to spicy, depending on the specific curing recipe used. It is commonly sliced thin and used as a deli meat or added to sandwiches, pizzas, and antipasto platters. Sold in portions. €60/kg
