These certified organic Bronze turkeys are reared by John-Paul Crowe in County Tipperary. Raised outdoors with plenty of space to roam, they grow at their natural pace and mature slowly. This careful, traditional approach produces meat that is beautifully marbled, fine-textured, and exceptionally succulent. Giblets are included - neck, liver and heart!

Another thing that sets these turkeys apart is their feed: a 100% chemical-free, certified organic grain mix that’s grown locally and blended on the farm. It’s a truly field-to-fork bird, reflecting the best of Irish organic farming.

Refrigerate immediately to below 5°C and for the best results, cook as per instructions on packaging.

Suitable for home freezing, for best results freeze on day of receipt and use within 90 days. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking.
