Rich, deeply flavourful, and perfect for a full Irish breakfast or as a standalone delicacy. Handcrafted in small batches using time-honoured methods. Ready to pan-fry or grill. Store refrigerated. Freezes well.

We ship nationwide around Ireland.
Orders are dispatched every Thursday evening for Friday delivery with DPD.
We primarily ship products frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer, but where stock is available, we’ll prioritise sending it fresh.
All orders are carefully shipped with thermal packaging to keep things at the right temperature.
Collection
You can choose to collect your order from our Butchery in person to avoid paying delivery charges.
