Minimum 500g pack of our grass-fed and finished beef stir-fry steak Sold frozen unless stated otherwise. Our cattle are processed between 2-3 years of age and are left to hang for 3 weeks before being broken. This results in very flavoursome meat. €22/kg.

We ship nationwide around Ireland.
Orders are dispatched every Thursday evening for Friday delivery with DPD.
We primarily ship products frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer, but where stock is available, we’ll prioritise sending it fresh.
All orders are carefully shipped with thermal packaging to keep things at the right temperature.
Collection
You can choose to collect your order from our Butchery in person to avoid paying delivery charges.
When placing your order online, select 'Pick-up' as your preferred shipping method.
