Beef Bratwurst Sausage (Blas na hEireann Finalist 2025)

Our grass-fed beef bratwurst sausages are perfectly seasoned and bursting with flavour. They are free from gluten and contain no food additives - just real ingredients! Sold frozen in packs of four. Delicious braised in beer and onions!

Ingredients: Grass-fed and finished beef (83%), filtered water, rice flour, sea salt, garlic, white pepper, mace, ginger, caraway, marjoram and sage. Allergens: none

Cooking Tips:

Grilling: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the sausages for 6-8 minutes per side, turning occasionally until they are evenly browned and cooked through.

Pan-Frying: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of oil and cook the sausages for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and thoroughly cooked.

Simmering: Place the sausages in a pot of simmering water or beer. Simmer gently for 15-20 minutes until cooked through, then finish on the grill or in a skillet for added flavor and texture.
