The blade roasts are cut from the upper portion of the shoulder and generally contain a higher amount of fat, which provides tenderness and flavour to the meat. Blade roasts are can be cooked using a moist heat method, such as braising or stewing, but they can also be oven roasted (best served no more than medium).

We ship nationwide around Ireland.
Orders are dispatched every Thursday evening for Friday delivery with DPD.
We primarily ship products frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer, but where stock is available, we’ll prioritise sending it fresh.
All orders are carefully shipped with thermal packaging to keep things at the right temperature.
Collection
You can choose to collect your order from our Butchery in person to avoid paying delivery charges.
When placing your order online, select 'Pick-up' as your preferred shipping method.
