We won GOLD (again)!!

This achievement is a significant milestone for our farm and whole animal butchery, which focuses on producing high-quality, sustainably sourced products. Our award-winning sausages are crafted from 100% grass-fed and finished beef and are handmade in small batches with zero food additives, reflecting our commitment to local, nutrient-dense ingredients and regenerative farming practices.

We are absolutely thrilled to receive this recognition. Winning gold at Blas na hÉreann is not only a boost to our confidence but also validation that we’re on the right path, inspiring us to continue producing quality products. As a small organic farm, we believe that food should be made with care, using methods that respect the environment, animals, and the people who enjoy it. This award highlights the hard work of our small team (Nick & Cass) and the values that drive us: sustainability, community, and a passion for great food.
